This intensive, immersive experience opens with an extensive class on your external and internal anatomy. This class is virtual, but is treated as an in-person class with all cameras on.

The second portion of the experience is with cameras off and begins with a guided yoni gazing practice for you to orient yourself with your outer terrain. The hands-on portion of the experience is a guided yoni de-armoring and yoni mapping practice that includes breathwork, and your physical touch on your yoni and vaginal canal.

The breathwork and de-armoring in this introductory class is not extensive, but you need to be willing to face whatever may arise for you as you begin to wake up your intimate tissues. Cameras are always off for this portion of the experience.

There is an open Q&A at the end of the class with cameras ON before we close the experience.
